A pair of sterling silver cufflinks made in the form of a classic nautical anchor chain link design.  This exceptional, elegant and simple cufflink was made by the luxury retailer; Hermès.  This design, the 'chaine d'ancre' or 'anchor link chain' is a very important design for Hermès, and is seen across their jewellery range, as well as the home goods and incorporated into most aspects of the companies product line at some time or another.

This pair of cufflinks and exceptionally made in the Hermès way, and in particular the French way of making cufflinks. An angled fixed bar help bring the cuff to a finished and 'pinched' closure to the edge, while giving room for a watch, and room to move a little closer to the wrist.

The cufflinks are fully signed "Hermès" and are complete with French sterling control marks.  They come in their original Hermès cufflink box, and are in excellent original condition.  Made in France, circa 1980's.
