1970 Rolex Datejust 1601 Silver Linen Two Tone Jubilee Automatic Wristwatch with Punched Papers. Steel Oyster case and fluted gold bezel are excellent, timepiece has been freshly detailed. Gold crown is crisp to the touch. The beautiful and original tritium silver linen dial is in excellent condition. Tritium plots and hands glow when exposed to UV and falls off rapidly at the same rate. Original date wheel is great, some light patina present. Two tone 20mm Jubilee band is nice, some wear/ stretch in keeping with age, and clasp is dated to 1971. Includes three removable links and fits an 8" wist size. Caliber 1570 Oyster Perpetual automatic movement is running and winds smoothly. Timepiece includes original Punched Chronometer Papers, Chronometer Certification Pamphlet, and Rolex Guarantee Booklet with Punched Papers.
